Report Details

A mostly clean beach prevails after the Labor Day weekend. 30 or so people and about as many seagulls out enjoying the day. Saw 16 dead common murres, but probably a lot more covered in the sand. Modest amount of garbage ( 1 kitchen bag) plus 1/3rd of a Styrofoam surfboard and a 4'x8' sheet of 3/4" plywood (advised 211). Really clean drift line this morning compared with all the seaweed last week. Hope the new foredunes that have been building up this year can handle what's coming this winter.
