Apparent violations: There were 2 fire pits still burning close to the dune grass..Disturbances: Shorebirds moving in response to humans/dogs

Unusual concentration. There were a large number of "purple sails" or velella velella on the beach, some fresh and most dried out.

The beach house on 6th street that is sliding down the dune due to dune erosion had warning signs posted around it.

Mile 292 was in great condition no trash and many people out enjoying the warmer evening with low tides and a beautiful sunset

Noticed what seem to be an elk carcass but mostly just the hide or pelt maybe some bones mid size.

Large amount of errosion to the coastline, logs and trees have been moved around due to our recent King Tides and High surf.
