New Development:
Steps down bluff·Bluff development
Many changes to the bluff and erosion to the the shores King Tides being a big factor.
Riprap and shoreline protection needed to be repaired at the Shorewood Park and some of the neighbors as a result of the King Tides and High Surf.
Natural Changes:
Newly exposed roots/trees falling·Evidence of wave overtopping
One of the main runoffs at marker 27F has been redirected to the North and then to the ocean this is also causing erosion to the bluff lines.

Noted much errosion to the shoreline meeting the bluffs and also very large logs trees and wood debris.   Our King Tides and high surf has made a large impact on Rockaway Beach and other local beaches.

Large amount of errosion to the coastline, logs and trees have been moved around due to our recent King Tides and High surf.
