Summary:
It was a very chilly and windy day on the coast, but there were still people out and about... we saw very few animals, but no physical changes. The main concern we had was litter. At one access point of the mile, there is no trashcan, and we saw lots of litter (and of course picked it up) but since we're only there four times a year, that's a lot of time for litter to accumulate.

As it was cold and wet, there were not many people out. Nothing was out of the ordinary. We were there less than an hour because of the poor conditions.
