A foggy day with few people.

A foggy day with few people. Vehicle tracks on beach show that vehicles had been there the day before, where they are no longer allowed. One pickup was on the beach today. McPhillips Park access is blocked off so they must have come from Tierra del Mar direction. Perhaps people don't realize no vehicles except those needed for boats are currently allowed from Tierra del Mar to the mouth of the Nestucca River. Although the people in the black pickup today acted nervous when they saw us so i suspect they knew full well they were not supposed to drive on the beach.
