A bright sunny day, with strong wind ...good for surfing and kite surfing...about 10 surfers. One large telescopic type instrument on shore...camera or spyglass type pointed toward ocean. All dogs leashed or well behaved./ Clean, clean beach.

Just wanted to say there have been a lot of brown pelicans this season, more than I've ever seen, and I'm wondering if they will stay for the winter?
