A beautiful day with an abundance of people. Notable was the dead sea lion.

Number of people: 175. Number of dogs: 16. Walking or running: 50. Playing in surf: 20. Playing in sand: 20. Sitting: 85. Other Activities: Kite flying, Drone flying. Drones are a nuisance. The parking lot is over flowing and making a negative impact on the logan road and adjacent neighborhood.
Stranded Marine Mammals
Total stranded mammals: 1. Dead, head severed with apparent bullet wound sea lion just south of roads end state park at high tide line. Reported to marine mammal stranding.

Today was a beautiful day to walk on the beach with a dog or to take photos of the birds.

Although there are signs prohibiting fires and fireworks, they don't seem to be enforced.

I've attached photos of what appears to be a homeless shelter built into a cliff wall and a picture of children digging in the cliff wall.

An incredible opportunity to watch two bald eagle on Lincoln City, Oregon Beach.

What stays the same here and needs attention is the plastic drainage pipes hanging down the cliff from private property that drain onto the beach.
