One place "Social Distancing" does not apply. Since 2013, the Sea Star Wasting Disease has been severely affecting the Pacific Ocean Sea Stars causing them to almost disappear. Low tide and low sand level revealed my favorite rocks and the first photo this year I have been able to take and I am delighted with the number and apparent health of these very plump sea stars and their food sources. Maybe there will be hope for us, too, in the future.

Conditions

Temperature: 50 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Tide Level: 0.9 feet.
