17 people on beach, 3 walking dogs, 2 families playing in surf, 3 cars at each of 3 access points. Three cars were at each access point.Many gulls were on the beach, one badly decayed.Many changes on beach after four days of high winds and rain. One large piece of driftwood had washed in at Mile 244, two large logs covered with goose barnacles were seen between 243B and 244. Riprap had been blown or washed far out of place on bank near 243B.
