Misty, overcast cloudy day, light wind mid week but noted singificant increase in people and dogs on the beach. Lincoln City is supposed to be in Coronavirus Phase 1 with only essential travel but parks and beach access has opened. The signs the NW 34th access limiting vehicles to specific area have been repositions... were taken down all winter.
