Resident logs show significant movement from recent high tides: King Tides but even more high tides January 4 and 5 which were higher than King Tides. Also, numerous new logs washed up to cliffs and maybe 15-20 islands of kelp on the beach. Beach has been scoured and very few rocks, no shells, and only driftline/tide line show debris.

Apparent violations: large piece of white plastic, perhaps part of a barrel, that was too large to haul back with two dogs in hand. Will try another day. See photo attached..

Cars/trucks on beach, allowed: 6.

Driftline Content

Wood pieces. Remains of significant deposit of wood chips along driftline, commercially sold as animal bedding or mulch, from last week. Some of the "hay" remains but is deteriorating and mixing with other debris.
