Dead Fish or Invertebrates

Dead fish from July 9, 2020, did not seem to warrant Dispatch but still interesting. Photo attached, possibly Spotted Ratfish?? Approximately 15-18" long. Tide would not let me photograph with ruler.

Driftline Content

Small rocks, Seaweeds and seagrass.

Natural Changes

High sand level has covered rocks and tiding areas. Rocks mid mile are typically 12-15 feet out of water and now only about 4 feet showing above sand even at low tide. Photos attached
