This was the day we had snow in Lincoln City so it was cold. People were out walking dogs or just walking on the beach. Did not observe any issues with litter. The only unusual thing I saw was significantly more jelly fish on the beach than usual.

This was the first sunny and warm day of spring, and lots of visitors filled the beach; almost like a summer day! Significant sand erosion had recently occurred and many logs have been moved higher onto the beach.
