Mild day, people even walking barefoot. Lots of driftwood compared to the usual for this stretch. Very little debris. I picked up maybe an ounce of small plastics.

Small rocks, Seaweeds and seagrass, Shells, Animal casings (e.g., crab, shrimp molt), Wood pieces, Marine debris (plastic, styrofoam, etc. washing in from the sea), Styrofoam.
Man-made Modifications
New riprap or shoreline protection structures. Earth mover in place south of park; looks like riprap being renewed.
Natural Changes
Erosion of vegetated foredune.

Storm damage for this mile seems mostly at Laurel/Sijota; Morris Excavation has built a roadbed parallel to the bluff for equipment access; some erosion at World Mark, north of state park.
