There is a new layer of sand on this beach disguising the ocean debris underneath.
Report Details
There is a new layer of sand on this beach disguising the ocean debris underneath. Very little debris seen today. There were about 20-25 people enjoying the low tide (-1). Much more of the beach was accessible today and people were exploring the exposed areas. Erosion of the bluff continues to be a feature of this beach. There are many exposed drain pipes and one storm sewer has fallen to the beach.

Temperature: 52 F. Cloud Cover: Cloudy. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: N. Tide Level: -1.0 feet.

Number of people: 20. Walking or running: 20. Playing in sand: 4. Sitting: 2. Tidepooling: 15. It was a low tide, so people were walking on the rocks and looking in tidal areas.

Very few birds on the beach.
