Report Details

The summer beach is wide at low tide. Low dunes have formed above the high water line. A bank of fog stood just off the beach. I was pleased to see people all along the mile; this is the first time since last summer I have seen them there. They had been almost entirely concentrated at the access points. I was disappointed by the fireworks debris; there was quite a bit of that. I have seen bicycle tracks before, but this is the first time I've seen people riding bikes on the beach.
