Report Details

No sanderlings in the surfline along the mile; which seemed very odd to me because there really wasn't a lot of people on the beach other than a normal light day...although there were five people surfing, but seemed strange. 7 gulls, 1 Hawk 8 Grebes.Logs and wood continue to be burried by the sand deposition; making it easier to navigate the beach and look for beached birds (none found). Calm wind, partly cloudy day 57 degrees.  Had a friend from my High School days helping me with the survey.
