Report Details

An especially beautiful morning with little or no wind. The beach was very clean from Lost Creek north to about the last 1/4 mile where we began to find lots of water bottles, rope, plastic bags, etc. at the high tide line. We filled two grocery bags with trash. Hoped to see the eagle we saw in Jan. but no luck. Only a few lone sea gulls.

We have noticed that during the winter storms the sand on the beach moves (presumably offshore) and then is redeposited during spring.
