Two male sea lions, solo in the intertidal nd up to dry sand. Difficult to say whether they were stranded or not. They were mobile, but solo behavior on beach suggested they may not be healthy.As for the erosion problems, I gathered testimony, provided public comment and attended the hearing for the rip rap proposal which was ultimately approved.
