About 150 seagulls sheltering on beach 2. (Had huge thunderstorms last night) About 50 other birds out in surf at beach 1 - too far away to tell what kind. One small kelp wad on beach 2

High tides and work schedules have curtailed efforts. Could not walk the entire mile today due to tide and large storm waves. Huge thunderstorms with driving rain and hail last night. Couldn't get to the section with the house that is being built along beach 3 cliff.
