No sea stars. The water in tidepools and surf was very brown and murky. 65 people, 4 dogs - playing in surf, walking the beach, playing in sand and fetch with dogs.

Kelp/algae collection, Litter, People/dogs/vehicles in closure areas

Apparent violations: Dogs digging the sand in the side of stabilized sand dune.

Disturbances: Shorebirds moving in response to humans/dogs
