One large and two small areas where part of bluff sluffed off.
Driftline contained much plastic debris. Many scoters covered large area of ocean. One dead seagull and one cormorant which appeared sick.Some bluff sluffing observed. Ten Mile Creek has straigthened its path to the ocean.

Very small amount of litter on the beach. Ten Mile Creek travels south along the shore through the sand, meeting the ocean directly west of the parking area at Stonefield Beach Wayside.
  • New path cut into bank with back hoe.
  • The Lane County Planning Commission has approved mobile home use of the shoreline land in this RV park. These "mobile homes" are being constructed now. Each home has a foundation, piped water and electrical service.
  • Five powerful lights have been installed at an RV resort which nightly illuminate the surf.
