Sand very high, over rocks and up bluff. Bridge under construction, one-way traffic controlled by light. Beaches extremely clean and covered by sand. RV appeared to have stayed overnight at north section, no license visible.

Not much access to southside of Rocky Knoll do too tide level. Trail erosion due to rain at Rock Creek and south access trail at Roosevelt Beach. Both trails are still accessible.

Except for myself there were people and vehicles only on the north side of Rock Creek which is called Ocean Picnic Beach. Rock creek was void of humans, pets and vehicles. Nice to see 22 curlews.
