Temperature: 65 F.

Number of people: 50. Number of dogs: 3. Walking or running: 5. Playing in sand: 3. Sitting: 7. Photography: 1. Other Activities: Digging clams, lots of people in the sand going after clams, maybe 10 people, kids, very very low tide that day. Could see old growth trees unburied in the sand.. did not see any vehicles on the beach, but lots of "doughnut" tire tracks, which is unusual on this part of the beach. Up higher in the sand.

Seaweeds and seagrass, Animal casings (e.g., crab, shrimp molt). a lot of broken "whips" kelp pieces all over the beach

Sunset Bay was overwhelmed by visitors presumably drawn by the "High Surf" warnings on their weather apps or, I suspect, by awareness of the "King Tide" phenomenon.
