Vehicle observed deliberately driving through a flock of gulls. A vicious dog (attacked another dog) off the leash.

Number of people: 4. Number of dogs: 2. Walking or running: 4. One of the people driving on the beach drove through a flock of gulls. There was plenty of room to drive around them, they did this just to chase the birds. Another person had a vicious dog. He let it out of the vehicle not on a leash, and it went after another dog. He knew the dog would do this and warned people, but should have had in on a leash before he let it out of the car.

Really wish they didn't allow vehicles on this beach! I hate seeing them in the first place, but really sad when they purposely chase birds.
