Nice day with about 40 people about. Found a dead Red Phalarope, the first in walking the mile for about 4 years. COASST notified. Shoreline content was the typical natural elements of shells ,casings, kelp/algae, small rocks and wood pieces. One smoldering fire found with litter.

No actions taken on above problems. By the time we made a pass back through the beach about 2 hours after our first pass, visitors to the area were rebuilding the smoldering fire.
