A newly dead female Steller sea lion washed up just south of the 11th St.
Report Details
A newly dead female Steller sea lion washed up just south of the 11th St. Stairs at Coquille Point. No injuries were apparent, apart from pecked-out eyes. Photos were sent to Jim Rice, and the Bilderbacks later examined the creature.Also in the same mile was a live seal pup, close to Elephant Rock. Diane B. said it had moved on when she went to post a sign.
