The Science and Technical Advisory Committee (STAC), which advises the Oregon Coastal Management Program on marine reserves and other ocean matters, meets online on Tuesday, July 19, 1 to 3 p.m.  Members of the public interested in marine reserves and ocean policy can follow the meeting online.
