Join the COASST (Coastal Observation and Seabird Survey Team) Marine Debris program in Lincoln City and help make a difference for the environment. This training will take place on Saturday Nov. 17 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Driftwood Public Library Community Room (801 S.W. Highway 101, Lincoln City).

COASST Marine Debris participants survey local beaches and collect data on the characteristics and location of debris—data that will ultimately be used to map the source and transport pathways of debris, as well as the potential harm to people, wildlife, and local coastal ecosystems.

Reserve your training spot by emailing [email protected] or calling 206-221-6893.
