DISPATCH FOR MILE 48 on 4/4/12   -   MURIAH LOCATION Curry  •  Beach southeast of Battle Rock, north of Hubbard Creek CONDITIONS Wednesday HUMANS People: 1 ACTIVITIES Walking/running: 1  •  Tsunami Debris possibly VEHICLES Cars/Trucks parking: 2 ACTIV.COMMENTS A man was pulling a large float up the hill from the beach. He explained that it looked like one published earlier as possibly from the Japanese Tsunami 3/2011. SUMMARY Finder of the huge float said that it looked like the one in the photo in the newspaper that was said to be possibly from the Japanese Tsunami. I sent this photo to meteorologist who sent it to NOAA who responded that Large floating objects could be arriving early because of being more easily wind-driven.
