Late winter storms have left sand piled high over scattered logs, large branches. abrupt edge, drop at waters edge.
COMMENTSLate winter storms have dumped sand onto the beach so there is a 3 and 4 foot drop off into the edge of the water. The higher tides seem to drive north along the edge of the higher sands and pour into the river. Very dramatic.
SUMMARYThe beach has changed dramatically with the winter storms. Obvious direction of constant wind exposing tips of debris. One has to really watch where you walk, no easy strolling here!
