SUMMARY
There was a very decayed sea lion corpse at the far north end of mile 245 (at the point) with a half dozen turkey vultures standing guard. Also, lots of sand with a large lagoon that has developed, deep enough to swim in. Lagoon runs from about 73rd Street north several blocks.
