COMMENTS
SUMMARYPeople were walking and looking at Tide Pools. There were only 15 people or so. There were small children playing in the sand and trying to fly a kite. One dog was chasing a frisbee. Other dog playing with child. Very little wildlife noted other than the usual pair of Black Oyster Catchers and seagulls. Tide pools contained the usual sea anenomes and barnacles. Not a lot of variety in the tide pools. No dead birds or mammals noted. The drift line was clean of debris. Man made changes were removal of the wooden stairs from Schooner's Landing with a fence put up at the top of the bluff. There was visible erosion from winter storms. Houses on bluff along NW 57th St are very close to the edge.
