Observed shinny, gray in color, oily substance seeping out of hillside in two locations between 111.1 and 111.2. SUMMARY Small rocks, land and ocean based debris in driftline. Landslides, retreat of bluff and erosion of foredune. 2 dead Rhinoceros Auklets. Shinny, gray, oily substance seeping out of hillside. Low human impact (0).
